Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have chosen the incorrect size, we are here to help. If your belt is too long, please get in contact with us at orders@beltuponline.com.au before sending your belt back. We may be able to help you adjust the size from home with some household products.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then contact you to discuss the nature of your return.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will initiate the payment to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Once we assess the nature of the return, we will make a decision as to whether the return shipping will be refunded. If possible, please provide a receipt of the return shipping costs.

Note: In the event of incorrect sizing, we will not bear the cost of return shipping. You must send a reply-paid envelope with your belt.
