All orders are shipped using Australia Post from Brisbane, QLD.

Domestic Shipping Rates

• Standard Australian shipping is a flat rate of $10.
• Express Post is $15.
• All orders over $150 will be eligible for free shipping.

Shipping Times

Orders are generally dispatched within 24hrs and should be delivered within 2-5 days to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia. If your suburb doesn't fall in this category, then it may take 3-8 days.

Tracking Information

All Australian orders are fully trackable. Each transaction will receive a unique tracking code that will be sent to you via email.

International Shipping

• International shipping fee is a flat rate of $15 or Free for orders over $300.

How to Choose the Right Belt Size

Selecting the correct belt size is essential for both comfort and style. Our comprehensive sizing chart makes it easy to find your ideal belt. Just match your pant size to the corresponding belt size in the chart above.

Remember, the right belt should buckle in the middle hole, providing enough flexibility for a perfect fit. Whether you're shopping for casual wear or formal attire, follow these guidelines to ensure your belt enhances your outfit and fits comfortably around your waist.

Full Grain/Top Cut Leathers

Apply a liberal amount of leather conditioner, with a soft cloth at least twice a year. Beginning of Spring and Autum are good times of year, or as deemed necessary.

You can also apply some leather wax going into summer to help repel sweat and winter for those rainy days and to avoid any mold.

Vintage Buffalo

Apply a small amount of leather conditioner to any scuff marks and massage the cream in to remove them.

Patent (Shiny/Gloss) Leathers

Use a damp (not wet) soft cloth to clean any dust or debris. You can also purchase a specific patent leather cleaner for a better finish.

PU/Vinyl Belt Range

Use a damp (not wet) soft cloth to clean any dust or debris.

*When using any conditioner, wax or water for the first time, please try a test patch in a less visible area and let dry. Better to be safe than sorry, as not all leathers react the same.

Leather Care Products

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have chosen the incorrect size, we are here to help. If your belt is too long, please get in contact with us at orders@beltuponline.com.au before sending your belt back. We may be able to help you adjust the size from home with some household products.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and then contact you to discuss the nature of your return.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will initiate the payment to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit as soon as possible, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Once we assess the nature of the return, we will make a decision as to whether the return shipping will be refunded. If possible, please provide a receipt of the return shipping costs.

Note: In the event of incorrect sizing, we will not bear the cost of return shipping. You must send a reply-paid envelope with your belt.
